Geely EX5 Launch Austrlia

Large-format launch content system for market entry

We partnered with INVNT to deliver the Australian launch of the Geely EX5, unveiled under the Big Top at Luna Park Sydney.

As Geely’s first major entry into the Australian market, the event required a high-impact visual system capable of translating a global brand narrative into a premium, large-scale live experience.

The Brief

The launch marked Geely’s official arrival in Australia — a high-profile moment requiring a premium, technically flawless execution.

Working within a large-format, immersive venue with limited pre-access, the brief was to deliver content that would land confidently at scale, integrate with live performance, and support a tightly choreographed reveal.

The Experience

The audience was taken through a sequence of bespoke environments, each reflecting different aspects of Geely’s design language and brand energy.

The experience built toward a high-impact reveal moment — combining large-scale visuals with LED dancer performance, synchronised precisely to the content.

The result was a cohesive, high-energy launch that blended cinematic storytelling, live choreography and technical precision into a single, memorable moment.

The Build

  • Ultra-high-resolution content pipeline (≈22K @ 50fps) for large-format display

  • Five bespoke animated environments designed for immersive screen coverage

  • Real-time speaker support system integrated into live presentation

  • VR-based previs system enabling accurate validation without full venue access

  • Custom validation and delivery workflows (via Validate.media) for complex asset management

  • Playback-ready delivery pipeline ensuring flawless execution under live conditions

To manage complexity at this scale, we built a fully coordinated system — from previs and validation through to playback — ensuring every element aligned despite limited on-site access and high technical demands.

Delivering something that has to work — first time, every time?
